His focus is to provide high quality workshops that emphasize successful teaching strategies, as well as an increased awareness of both Common Core State Standards and the Next Generation Science Standards. Jared was a high school science teacher for over ten years where he was able to bring his passion for science into the classroom. He is now bringing his passion for education to teachers and administrators through workshops and professional development.

Michelle French is also a Staff Development and Curriculum Specialist with the Tulare County Office of Education.  Her vision is to ensure that all students, TK-12, receive a high-quality science education.  She is currently working along-side teachers, curriculum coaches, and administrators in Tulare County and its surrounding areas to make this vision a reality. Michelle was an elementary teacher for 17 years.  She also served as a Staff Developer with K-12 Alliance where she was trained in science pedagogy, lesson design, and PLC facilitation.  Michelle volunteered as the Primary Director on the Board of Directors of the California Science Teachers Association.
