Emerging Leaders

Committed to Diverse Community Building

We are committed to engaging a diverse community and building capacity to improve learning, teaching, and leadership.  The Emerging Leaders program was developed to prepare younger, diverse educators for potential influence and leadership. A new cadre of emerging leaders is selected annually, and equips new leaders to:

  • Advance administrative positions.
  • Strengthen our voice for influencing policy and practice.
  • Become involved in governance.
